Hands-on construction experience is where this started, and knowing how a home is put together makes it easier to work out what went wrong, plan the repair and finish it properly.
Alongside homeowner projects, we have hands-on experience completing punch-list and turnover work for large real-estate and property-management operations.
Most of our work is the everyday list: paint a room, patch the wall, run new baseboard, lay LVP, hang a TV, put up blinds, get the cabinets closing properly again.
For landlords, property managers and real-estate teams, that usually means turnovers and punch lists — a batch of small items handled in one visit rather than chasing separate trades. We currently focus on projects up to a total company contract value of $2,500.
